Role Overview

This role focuses on expanding the company’s client base across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and marketing agencies. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, understand their print and production needs, and deliver tailored solutions that maximise long-term commercial value.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in increasing market share, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
 

Salary & Benefits Package

Base Salary

£45,000 – £60,000 per year + OTE

The Print Factory Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, efficiency, and performance of the print production facility. This role ensures the factory operates safely, profitably, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead production teams, optimise workflows, manage production schedules, and ensure that all print manufacturing operations meet business objectives and delivery commitments.



Salary & Benefits Package

Salary

£55,000 – £70,000 per year
(depending on experience and factory scale)

The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials in line with production schedules and company quality standards.

This role plays a key part in the factory’s production workflow, ensuring efficient press operation, accurate colour reproduction, and minimal material waste. The Press Operator will work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

£30,000 – £38,000 per year
(depending on experience and press type)

Senior operators or specialist machines may earn £40,000+

This role plays a critical part in the print workflow, ensuring all customer artwork is correctly formatted, colour-accurate, and compatible with the company’s printing equipment before entering production.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality printed results.


 

Salary & Benefits Package

Salary

£28,000 – £36,000 per year
(depending on experience)

Senior or specialist pre-press technicians may earn £38,000+.

The Print Estimator is responsible for calculating accurate production costs and preparing competitive quotations for print projects. This role is essential in ensuring the company delivers profitable work while remaining competitive in the market.

The Print Estimator works closely with the sales team, production managers, and procurement to assess project specifications, determine production requirements, and provide precise pricing for materials, labour, and machine time.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with detailed knowledge of print production processes.


 

Salary & Benefits Package

Salary

£32,000 – £42,000 per year
(depending on experience)

Senior estimators with extensive industry knowledge may earn £45,000 – £50,000.
